Return And Refund Policy

We want you to look fabulous! All products have been accurately described to ensure that you are receiving high-quality products. However, if for any reason you’re not totally pleased with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

We accept returns 14 calendar days from the original purchase date. Any return or requests after 14 calendar days of purchase will not be honored.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us with email before sending your item to us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Products must be in the original state. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, lace must be intact and uncut, with original curl pattern and zigzag part, and with all packaging and tags still attached. No styling products are to be used if returning your wig. The wig must be odor free and not combed or shaken out. Once you are contacted about your return authorization then you will need to place your item in the original box and packaged with the same care it was sent to you, (with tissue paper, hairnet, and box) with receipt and order form.

 Clearance and Open Box units are nonrefundable. 

Items sent back with damaged manufacturers’ boxes will not be eligible for a return.

We do incur a cost for every return, and know the difficulties involved in buying a wig online, so we allow 2 wigs to be returned within a 45 day period with no restocking fees, if you choose store credit as your form of refund. Additional returns within this period will incur a 15% restocking fee. There are no restocking fees if you choose store credit instead of a refund, as long as you don’t abuse our return policy. If you choose to have a refund, and all criteria is met, then there will be a 15% restocking and processing fee. Please note, all taxes and shipping charges are nonrefundable.

All refunds will be refunded back to the original form or payment.

If you have received a free gift with purchase, and choose to return the purchase, then the free item amount will be deducted from the total refund.

International Orders please note that shipping, taxes, and duties are nonrefundable.

We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. Please do not ship your returns back in an envelope.

Hair care products are not eligible for returns.

Refund:

If you choose refund or store credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be returned to your credit card or original method of payments within 7 days. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance. Taxes and Shipping costs are nonrefundable and will be deducted from refunded amount.

Defective Products:

If you receive a defective item you MUST let us know within 3 days of receipt. We are unable to send them back to the manufacturer for inspection after the 3 day window is up.

If you item is defective we will issue a full refund/credit as soon as we get the okay from the manufacturer. It may take up to 15 business days for their decision and an additional 5-7 business days for your method of payment to reflect your refund. If you feel your product is defective, please send images of your item to us. Please remember that wigs are all hand made and the manufacturers allow up to a 15% variance from wig to wig. Meaning, you might repurchase an exact wig from the same manufacturer and it be slightly different than your original wig.

Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for items cancelled after an item has been ordered. This usually occurs after the manufacturer has pulled the item from their warehouse and packaged it for shipping. If we can stop the order before it gets to that point, then no fees will apply.
